Triple shooting in South L.A. leaves one man dead, 3-year-old injured
A shooting Sunday night in South Los Angeles left one man dead and two people injured, including a 3-year-old child, authorities said.
About 8:30 p.m., two men began shooting at two other men who were walking into a liquor store in the 1700 block of Firestone Boulevard, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lt. Joseph William said.
A 3-year-old riding in a vehicle passing by in the Florence-Firestone neighborhood was injured by glass that shattered when a stray bullet struck the vehicle, William said.
