Police won’t be apologizing anytime soon to a 29-year-old Vallejo, Calif., woman and her boyfriend for calling her abduction a hoax.
Vallejo police Capt. John Whitney told KOVR-TV Channel 13 that the department will not issue an apology because it is waiting for the FBI investigation into Denise Huskins’ kidnapping to be completed. Vallejo City Manager Daniel Keen insisted that police never stopped investigating her kidnapping.
